Application Process
Applying to The Seedling Schoolhouse is simple and intentional. Our step-by-step process helps families learn about our mission, explore our learning approach, and determine if our school is the right fit for their child. We value thoughtful connections and want every family to feel confident and informed as they consider joining our community.
Fill out our short registration form with basic info about your family and child.
After your form is submitted, we’ll email a packet with:

This helps your family see if The Seedling Schoolhouse is the right fit.
If you feel aligned with our vision, we’ll send a brief questionnaire about your child’s learning style, background, and family expectations.
We’ll host a Meet & Greet in early summer once we’re in our new building, giving families a chance to see the school and connect in person. If you have questions or would like to meet sooner, you’re welcome to schedule a Zoom call. This step is a chance for both sides to ask questions and get to know each other.
